Inside the box, a 360-degree laser module is controlled by motors, projecting surfaces of light that remain contained within. The laser traces geometric patterns, revealing the inner structure of the box with quiet precision.
The subtle changes in light and shadow arise from physical reflections, creating tones that feel like shadows or traces of the space itself. These shapes, seemingly tangible yet elusive, shift and waver, suggesting the presence of the space.
This artwork is an exploration of the existence of space itself and an opportunity to consider the act of seeing what cannot be fully seen.
